Mrs. Darcie Green from Baker's Camp was a special visitor in Ms. Kinkead's third grade class. Ms. Kinkead's class has been reading Little House on the Prairie, and Mrs. Green brought in various animal furs for the students to see and feel. Mrs. Green also talked to the students about all the ways individuals would use animal furs back then and how they are used today. The students also got to sample some venison it they chose to. Thank you for sharing, Mrs. Green.
